I am not even kidding when I tell you that I would actually think to myself "Yea, I'm cured." Then...the first pound would appear on the scale, but I would not get worried. Then another would be added and then another and it was as if I could not stop the gain. In short order, I would be back where I started with a few extra pounds to boot.<br><br>I realize that this may never happen to you, but be vigilant and try to stay close to the routine you had while you were getting to goal.
