I'm back, 5 years on...

About 5 years ago I wrote and posted a 'goodbye' post, which I have just deleted.  I'd had enough of weight gain, partially due to the pandemic.  In the intervening years I've lost weight, gained again and lost.  I'm now 88.8 kg today.  I've decided to restart this blog, even though there's likely to be not many readers.  I tried video weight loss blogging, on Instagram and Bluesky, but I had trouble keeping motivated.  Plus the videos always seemed to have some issue which made me think twice about posting.

So I'm back here in my first love of weight loss recording: blogging.

I want to post daily.  That's totally possible.  I weight daily, exercise daily, track my intake daily, so why not post daily?

Today I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes.  I weighed 88.8 kg.  I've yet to have dinner, who knows what my intake for today is.  I'm having sugary food today.  I want to stop having sugary food except for special occasions.  

So yeah, maybe a year or two until I reach goal weight IF I do one thing.  Stop having sugary food, except for special occasions.
